About

I'm Chris, and I make films that age well.

Chris Twine

My journey didn't begin in weddings. I worked predominantly in commercial shoots, real estate and documentaries. But when I filmed my first wedding in 2017, something clicked. There's a kind of magic there: the unfiltered emotion, fleeting moments, and a chance to tell a unique story that actually matters.

As I filmed more and more weddings, I began to understand that the old style, slow, dramatic, frankly boring, just wasn't for me. My passion is to film weddings in a way that feels bold, fresh and nostalgic. I ditch the clichés. No sweeping piano solos. No overly formal poses. I lean into energy, intimacy, and story.

My work is grounded in how it feels to be there, not just how it looks.

"In 30 years, when you hit play, surrounded by loved ones, I hope it all comes rushing back."

What I Believe

A few things I hold to.

01

No hourly limits.

I'm there start to finish. The full story or none of it. That's the only way I know how to make something honest.

02

Limited weddings a year.

Every film gets the editing time it deserves. That's why I cap how many couples I take on.

03

Story over spectacle.

I'd rather catch the look your nan gives you than the third drone shot of the venue.
